Your guests will be served platters made up from the items you have chosen.
Your cost + gst will be as follows.

| For 8 portions per person allow $12.00 per head |
| For 10 portions per person allow $15.00 per head |
| A Chef to prepare and serve is charged at $35 per hour + gst. Minimum of 3 hours |
| Should you require wait staff allow $30-00 per hour per waiter. Minimum of 3 hours |
