The Spit Roast Catering Company has been operating on the Gold Coast since 1982 and is solely owned & operated.
We specialise in Catering for all occasions including Weddings, Anniversaries, Corporate & Sporting Events, Birthdays, Xmas Celebrations and Private Dinner Parties.
We offer quality food from Fine Dining to Buffets and everything in between.
Plus All our menus can be adjusted to suit your particular needs and Budget.
Our Menu packages include:
- Heavy duty disposable plates & cutlery (Melamine Plates & SS cutlery can be supplied at an extra cost)
- Bread rolls, butter & condiments
STEP 1 – CHOOSE OR BROWSE OUR MENUS
At Gold Coast Catering we have an extensive range of menus for all occasions.
You can also modify and or chop and change menu items. Have a look through our menus, choose the one that is right for your occasion, event or function.
STEP 2 – MAKE ENQUIRY / BOOKING REQUEST
Once we receive your request we will get back to you within 24 hours via your preferred method of contact. Be sure to leave us your phone or email address so we can contact you.
All of our Spit Roast Menus are suggested menus for you to consider. You are welcome to exchange any menu item with one from the Selection List.
Spit Roast Menus
To Secure Your Booking a deposit of $200 is required and is non-refundable if you decide to cancel within 3 months of the function date
Chef is charged at $40+gst per hour (minimum 3 Hrs)
Wait / Bar Staff are charged at $30+ gst per hour(minimum 3 hrs).
Final numbers are required 5 days prior to the function date.
Payment is required 2 business days prior to your function by EFT. Cheque payments are required 5 business days prior to function date.
Prices quoted are valid for six months from the time of booking. Minimum 50 Guests required for Functions during December.
